Malaysian Institute Of Art seeks an experienced trainer to guide graphics-design trainees through structured learning and hands-on projects. You will teach with integrity, ensuring clear objectives and transparent evaluation, while aligning with assessor instructions and programme requirements.
You will support evidence portfolios, monitor skill development, and ensure alignment with centre standards. Strong communication in Malay and English is essential for student engagement.
Teach trainees with reliability, transparency and authenticity.
Comply with the instructions set by the PP (Assessor).
Assist the Assessor (PP) in implementing the training.
Explain to the trainees on the objectives and training requirements of the program that they wish to follow.
Assist the PP (Assessor) in the PdP (Teaching and Learning) process as follows:
i. Guide candidates in preparing records of evidence of skills.
ii. Monitor the development of performance and guide trainees in each skill; and
iii. Comply with the instructions set by the PLK (Skills Training Provider) / PB (Accredited Centre).
Any other relevant duties assigned from time to time.
