Job summary

Universiti Tun Abdul Razak invites applications for the role of Pegawai Penilai (Computer System Administration/ Graphic Design). The candidate will deliver theory lectures, provide hands-on training, design assignments, and assess student performance in accordance with the syllabus and JPK standards.

Requirements include MQF TVET Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field, plus substantial industry experience. TVET teaching competency with SKM Level 3 or DKM Level 4 is required.

Qualifications

• DLKM (Advanced Diploma of Skills) in a related program or MQF TVET Advanced Diploma or MQF TVET Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of industry experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide theory lectures and hands-on training for students.
• Prepare assessments, quizzes and final exam assessments on a timely basis.
• Ensure course and programme learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus.
• Assist and advise students in their studies as necessary.
• Develop, review and update lesson plans, written instructional materials and schedules according to JPK syllabus.

Pegawai Penilai (Computer System Administration/ Graphic Design)

You shall be responsible for the following scope of tasks and matters. The list, however, is not meant to be exhaustive, as the University may review the scope from time to time as and when deemed required by the immediate superior or designated representative on behalf of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

• Provide theory lectures and conduct hands‑on training for students attending the course.
• Provide interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting
• Suitably challenge, engage, serve and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning progress
• Prepare assessment/assignment, quizzes and final exam assessments on a timely basis
• Ensure course and programme learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus
• To assist and give advice to students in their studies whenever necessary.
• Develop, review, and update all lesson plans, written instructional material (WIM) and schedule in compliance with the syllabus set by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) from time to time.

Requirements

• 1. DLKM (Advanced Diploma of Skills) in a related program; OR
• 2. MQF TVET Advanced Diploma in a related field; OR
• 3. MQF TVET Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR

Must possess TVET teaching competency with one of the following qualifications:

• a. At least SKM Level 3 in Vocational Training Operations Program; OR
