Job summary

BizLink Group is seeking a Trainer Executive in Malaysia to design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive training programs within a manufacturing setting. You will drive workforce competency by analyzing needs, developing qualification methods, and ensuring operational readiness with PICs, while maintaining accurate training records and upholding compliance and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Write and Speak English, Malay, and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials, manuals, qualification methods, and training subjects.
• Schedule and coordinate all training programs for the year.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs & training needs analysis.
• Review training policies, procedures, and practices; recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records, databases, and paperwork.
• Work with PICs to ensure workers are qualified for their responsibilities.
• Assist superior in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
