Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to support bakery production within our retail stores. Responsibilities include baking, sheet/ mixing, and maintaining clean, efficient processes while meeting daily production targets.

You should have at least a Certificate or Diploma, strong communication, and be comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred; EPF/SOCSO and other benefits apply.

Qualifications

Have at least SRP / PMR / SPM / Certificate or Diploma
Able to communicate well and have an attractive personality
Have a strong interest in retail
Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking / production.
To work as a team to ensure that the desired end product is produced.
To follow strictly on the working schedule and items to be made and in what quantities they are to be prepared.
To concentrate and to improve on the various job function assigned to him/her in baking, sheeting, and mixing.
Sheeting: keep sheeting machine clean and improve sheet process.
Mixing: manage mixing work and apply experience in bakery operations.
