AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking a Trainee Baker/Bakery Crew for AEON KL MidTown. You will assist in preparing and producing bakery products while maintaining quality and presentation. The role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a busy retail bakery environment.

Ideal candidates are Malaysian, 18+, including fresh graduates or those with bakery-related experience, and committed to customer satisfaction and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Malaysian, aged 18 years old and above.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without baking experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with bakery, café, kitchen, or food preparation experience are highly welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• The candidate must be able to work at AEON KL MidTown.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and producing bakery products such as bread, pastries, and cakes according to company standards.
• Prepare ingredients and baking materials as required.
• Ensure bakery products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery work area and equipment.
• Monitor product freshness and quality.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory arrangement.
• Support the team in daily bakery operations and other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
