Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a bakery/production assistant to join the team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for the majority of baking production tasks and will work with others to ensure timely, quality products.

The role requires following production schedules, learning various baking procedures, and maintaining clean work areas. Fluency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Basic education: SRP/PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma.
• Attractive personality and good communication.
• Strong interest in retail.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking/production.
• Work as a team to ensure that the desired end product is produced.
• Follow strictly the working schedule and quantities to be prepared.
• Learn procedures/time for baking each product and related tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including ovens and tables.
