Job summary

AEON Malaysia, a leading retail group, is seeking bakery production staff to join our team. You will be responsible for baking, sheet­ing, and mixing processes, ensuring quality and consistency, and working with others to meet daily output targets.

Candidates must be Malaysian citizens or PR, possess SRP/PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma, be able to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Must be Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Bake/production: oversee majority of work in baking/production.
• Teamwork: collaborate to ensure desired end product.
• Follow schedule: adhere to quantities and timing for each item.
• Improve: learn and optimize baking procedures and times.
• Sheeting: manage sheeting process and keep machine clean.
• Mixing: handle mixing tasks for bakery products.
