Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking a Trainee Baker/Bakery Crew based at AEON Ampang Utara. Assist in preparing and producing bakery products according to company standards, and ensure clean, well-displayed goods.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with bakery, café, kitchen, or food preparation experience are welcome. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The candidate must be able to work at AEON KL MidTown.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• Age 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and producing bakery products such as bread, pastries, and cakes according to company standards
• Prepare ingredients and baking materials as required
• Ensure bakery products are displayed neatly and attractively
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery work area and equipment
• Monitor product freshness and quality
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory arrangement
• Support the team in daily bakery operations and other duties assigned by the Supervisor
