Job summary

FLEXLY CONSULTING SDN. BHD., based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, invites a diligent IP assistant to support trademark searches, applications, and monitoring of registration statuses.

The role includes preparing client correspondence and coordinating with overseas associates, with exposure to other IP matters as needed. The ideal candidate holds a Law degree (LLB) and is open to fresh graduates from non-legal backgrounds as full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) preferred; fresh graduates from non-legal backgrounds welcome - no prior IP experience required; full training will be provided.
• Responsible and accountable - takes ownership of assigned work and follows through without constant reminders.
• Organised and detail-oriented - able to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working with SOPs, checklists and digital tools.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
