Job summary

WTS Energy in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Trade Support to own the stability and accuracy of its trade lifecycle systems. You will oversee monitoring of trade and post-trade platforms and lead incident resolution affecting validation, settlements, and calculations.

This role requires 8–12 years in trade support or operations, hands-on experience with Endur or IMOS, strong SQL and data validation skills, and proven leadership to coordinate a growing team in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in trade support or trading operations systems.
• Hands-on experience with Endur, IMOS or similar trading systems.
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycle systems.
• SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience with batch and EOD processing.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage recovery procedures when EOD runs fail.

• Support middle and back office teams and ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Work with trading, finance and risk teams and communicate operational updates.
• Lead and coordinate the Trade Support team.
