Job summary

Jobexpert in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for ETD across rates, commodities, FX and equities. You will process, monitor and reconcile ETD transactions, resolve trade breaks, and support margining and clearing activities.

The role requires strong collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office and Risk teams, ensuring data quality and adherence to regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant Capital Markets experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ETD operations.
• Experience with Commodities within Derivatives is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Rates, Commodities, FX, Equities.
• Experience with trade reconciliation.
• Experience with margining.
• Experience with clearing processes.
• Good understanding of the complete trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve trade breaks independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle from trade execution through settlement.
• Process and monitor ETD transactions.
• Handle trades across Rates, Commodities, FX and Equities.
• Perform daily trade reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks and exceptions.
• Support margining activities, including monitoring margin requirements and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clearing teams and counterparties.
• Support clearing and settlement processes.
• Investigate sheet impacts/P&L or position discrepancies where applicable.
• Ensure trade and position data is accurate and complete.
• Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved trade issues within required timeframe.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
