Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a detail oriented Trade Services Protege to join the Wholesale Credit Operations team. The role is based at the PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor, reporting to the Line Manager.

Responsibilities include recording document receipts, processing trade transactions, ensuring data accuracy and scanning documents, plus tracking payments and handling related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• CGPA 3.0+ in tertiary studies
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of related experience; training provided
• Proficient in English (written & spoken) and PC literate with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Record receipt of documents in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
• Acknowledge receipt of Trade Services request (document) from customers / branches / other bank / other business unit.
• Check, verify, process, input and authorize trade transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
• Perform data input and scanning of documents into the system.
• Track payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
• Carry out any duties as assigned by Head - TSC or team leader.
