Responsibilities

• Book transactions accurately into systems and ensure records are complete and correct.

• Identify gaps and propose automation improvements using AI.

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

The RoleYou will join our Trade Operations Middle & Back Office team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of trades from execution through to settlement and reporting. This is a hands-on operational role at the core of the firm’s daily flow. The work centres on fiat payment and trade operations, with possible exposure to digital asset operations over time. You will report to the Head of Back Office and work closely with Trading, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.This role is open to candidates at junior to mid levels of experience.Key

Responsibilities:

• Book transactions accurately and promptly into our systems, ensuring trade records are complete and correct.
• Process settlement of OTC trades end-to-end, including confirmation, payment instruction, and resolution of breaks.
• Consolidate monthly operational and trade data for internal and regulatory reporting.
• Run daily and periodic reconciliation processes across internal ledgers, counterparty records, and bank balances; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements, including the use of AI and automation to raise efficiency and reduce manual workarounds.

• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlement, or reconciliation processes.
• Exposure to or interest in digital asset operations.
• Basic coding ability (e.g. Python, SQL) for data handling and automation.
