Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant study.
• At least 3 years of key account management experience in FMCG.
• Experience with developing POSMs and in-store touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop channels (modern trade / general trade) to achieve sales targets.
• Develop trade strategies and promotions to grow channel share and visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate strategy into actionable sales plans.
• Develop merchandising and POSM materials to support retail presence.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast, flag unusual demand changes.
