• Monitor and track contract quantity usage for CPO and PK.

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Trade Assistant Executive / Trade Executive. If you are eager to kick start your careeer in Sustainable Palm Oil Industry and open to learn, we provide full training to help you succeed.

Role Requirements

1. Market Analysis & Sales Provision (Training Provided)

• Assist in calculating monthly provision amounts.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor daily mill reports.
• Track contract delivery balances and calculate under/overlock contracts.
• Provide direct assistance with sales trading activities.
• Oversee FFB delivery schedules and manage all loading/unloading logistics.
• Maintain direct communication and build relationships with FFB suppliers.

3. Daily & Monthly Trade Operations

• Follow up on critical trade information and monitor trade schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with buyers.

4. Quality Control & Complaint Resolution

• Handle daily out-spec complaints for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK).
• Coordinate with refineries and negotiate out-spec deductions with buyers.

5. Contract Management

• Monitor and track CPO and PK contract quantity usage.
