DISTINCTIVE MODEL SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Toyota Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help customers choose the right vehicle. In this full-time role, you will support the sales team and drive growth with a customer-focused approach.

You will demonstrate vehicles, present pricing and options, and guide customers from inquiry to purchase while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain car features in a clear and concise manner.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Demonstrate Toyota vehicles and their features to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Provide detailed information about Toyota's product range, including pricing, specifications, and available options
• Assist customers with the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Participate in sales training and development opportunities to continually enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
