Job summary

Best Auto Biz Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote Toyota vehicles and reach sales targets in Kuching. You will manage the customer journey from pre-sales to delivery, and support after-sales service.

The role requires strong communication, social media activity, and a proven client-network approach. You should be self-motivated, with a valid driving licence and own transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Active on social media and able to develop a customer network through online marketing.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Dynamic, confident, charismatic and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote a wide range of Toyota vehicles to achieve sales targets and expand market reach
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from pre-sales consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales support
• Assist customers with vehicle servicing appointments after vehicle delivery
• Assist customers with road tax and insurance renewal services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Actively promote Toyota vehicles and sales campaigns through online and social media platforms
