Traveltechessentialist is looking for an Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will be a vital part of the Operations team, ensuring Discova meets its goals through best-in-class service and memorable local experiences for customers.

Your responsibilities include booking tours, maintaining supplier relationships, and collaborating across teams to optimize operations. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a degree in tourism or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience in a DMC or tour operator is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Book and operate tours with accuracy within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
