Qualifications

• Experience in compensation design and administration.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation design, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation programs.
• Manage compensation processes such as merit reviews, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Ensure accurate compensation data maintenance within HRIS and conduct market pricing using salary surveys.
