Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to lead APAC programs from Kuala Lumpur. You will design and manage compensation and benefits, benchmark salaries, and provide analytics to drive strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with HRBPs and business leaders to recommend competitive packages while ensuring regulatory compliance. As part of a regional Total Rewards team, you will support annual reviews, bonuses, and incentive planning, maintain salary structures, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards in APAC.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking.
• Experience with job evaluation or job grading methodology.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools/providers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.

Job description

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards in a regional or multinational environment, supporting multiple APAC countries.
• Good understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking.
• Experience with job evaluation or job grading methodology.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools/providers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory benefits across APAC countries.
