Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Process & Utilities Lead Engineer with deep experience in topside process and utilities design for floating facilities. The role involves technical leadership, scope and schedule management, and review of high-value deliverables in a demanding oil and gas environment.

The candidate should have 15+ years in process engineering, 10+ years in topside design, and professional registration. Knowledge of API/ISO/NORSOK standards and tools like HYSYS and MySep is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Process Engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in topside system and utility design for floating facilities.
• Strong knowledge of API, ISO and NORSOK codes and standards.
• Demonstrated capability in engineering management, scope, schedule and communication management.
• Experience using HYSYS and MySep.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Graduate Engineer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and develop the process engineering aspects of topside design and operations.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables including philosophies, studies, reports, calculations and drawings.
• Interpret topside process design requirements to support safe, cost-effective floating facility design.
• Define and manage study scope, interfaces and boundaries for engineering activities.
• Manage schedules for the execution of engineering deliverables.
• Oversee the quality of third-party engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance across process and utilities matters.
• Support topside equipment sizing, line sizing and system development activities.
• Contribute to operational troubleshooting and safety studies.
