Job summary

Airswift seeks a Pipe Support Lead to head pipe support engineering for a major offshore fixed platform project in oil and gas. The role covers design reviews, support selection, and coordination with piping stress, civil, and structural teams to ensure compliant deliverables.

The candidate will mentor junior engineers, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to project specs and industry codes such as ASME B31.3. Extensive CAESAR II and SP3D/E3D/PDMS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years Oil & Gas EPC experience.
• Experience with CAESAR II.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3.
• Experience with SP3D, E3D or PDMS.
• Prior lead or checking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipe support engineering activities for major offshore platforms.
• Review support philosophy and project standards.
• Coordinate with piping stress engineers.
• Coordinate support loads with civil and structural teams.
• Review spring supports and special supports.
• Manage support deliverables and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry codes.
