Job summary

Airswift seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to drive the electrical engineering delivery for EPCC of topside facilities on offshore offshore projects. The role emphasizes leadership of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up activities with cross‑disciplinary coordination.

The candidate should have a strong background in offshore topside electrical engineering, FEED to start‑up, and robust experience in interfacing with EPCs, vendors and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 15 years’ offshore oil and gas facilities experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering for offshore topside facilities across FEED to start‑up.
• Minimum 10 years’ EPCC project execution experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong capability in electrical design, verifications, calculations and standards.
• Experience managing interfaces with EPC contractors, fabrication yards, vendors and client reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering execution for EPCC detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up of topside facilities.
• Establish and manage electrical design basis, philosophies, specifications, studies and drawings.
• Ensure electrical deliverables meet project requirements, codes, standards and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces across multiple disciplines and interfaces.
• Review and approve contractor and vendor electrical deliverables.
• Lead technical clarifications, bid evaluations and vendor follow‑ups.
• Manage schedule, quality, progress and close‑out of discipline actions.
