Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vending machines to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot technical issues with vending machine components, such as refrigeration, electrical systems, and payment mechanisms, to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Respond to service calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear explanations of issues and repair processes.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for repairs and performing regular inventory counts.
- Follow established preventative maintenance schedules to inspect, clean, and service vending machines, identifying potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate service records, documenting all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each vending machine.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new vending machines as needed, ensuring they are properly configured and operational.
