Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance of automated vending equipment.
• Ability to inspect, service and test robotic vending machines.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site diagnostic skills.
• Ability to document service activities and findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of robotic vending machines.

• Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of robotic vending machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to ensure machines are always in safe and efficient working condition.
• Carry out site inspections prior to installation.
• Install, configure, and commission vending machines at customer locations.
• Ensure proper testing and calibration before handover.

Technical Support

• Respond promptly to breakdowns, malfunctions, or service calls.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure minimal downtime for customers.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs accurately and submit on time.
• Update records on machine status, spare parts used, and follow-up actions required.

Teamwork & Training

• Work independently on assigned tasks but also collaborate with the engineering and operations team when needed.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills.

Other Duties

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
