Job summary

MARCO HOLDINGS BHD is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Timepiece product sales team and dealer network in Malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, set sales strategies, and monitor performance across Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G and Edifice lines.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business Studies, with at least 2 years in consumer products wholesale or distribution. Leadership, presentation and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
• At least 2 years related working experience preferably in the Consumer Products industry in wholesale or distributor environment and added advantage experience related to Timepiece product.
• Candidates with current position as a Senior Sales Executive with experience in managing a team of salespeople will be considered.
• Leadership skills to lead a team of salespeople, drive sales strategies, and generate revenue.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Fair in building rapport with principal, suppliers and dealers.
• Result-driven and confident.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team and dealer network to drive revenue growth and business performance of the Timepiece section (Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G and Edifice).
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and key business objectives for the Timepiece Products Division.
• Strengthening dealer relationships, expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
• Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.
