Responsibilities

Process daily TikTok Shop orders and monitor order status.
Assist with stock picking, packing and order fulfilment.
Maintain product listings, prices, variations and stock information.
Reply to customer enquiries and assist with order-related issues.
Monitor cancelled, returned and refunded orders.
Assist with TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers and promotional activities.
Upload product photos, videos and other listing content.
Monitor stock availability and report low-stock or listing issues to the team.
Prepare simple sales and order reports.
Assist the E-Commerce team with Shopee, TikTok Shop and online sales activities when required.
