Responsibilities
- Process daily TikTok Shop orders and monitor order status.
- Assist with stock picking, packing and order fulfilment.
- Maintain product listings, prices, variations and stock information.
- Reply to customer enquiries and assist with order-related issues.
- Monitor cancelled, returned and refunded orders.
- Assist with TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers and promotional activities.
- Upload product photos, videos and other listing content.
- Monitor stock availability and report low-stock or listing issues to the team.
- Prepare simple sales and order reports.
- Assist the E-Commerce team with Shopee, TikTok Shop and online sales activities when required.

- Process daily TikTok Shop orders and monitor order status
- Assist with stock picking, packing and order fulfilment
- Maintain and update product listings, prices, variations and stock information
- Reply to basic customer enquiries and assist with order-related issues
- Monitor cancelled, returned and refunded orders
