Job summary

Kino Biotech is seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage TikTok Shop operations, listings and ads from its Selangor base. The role focuses on day-to-day TikTok account management, affiliate relations, and livestream coordination to drive sales.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organised, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to strategy with guidance from senior team members. Strong communication in English is required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in TikTok, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media or a related field
• Experience managing TikTok Shop is highly preferred
• Experience in affiliate marketing / creator management is an advantage
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good communication with affiliates, creators and external partners
• Proactive and able to follow up independently
• Detail-oriented with product listings, campaigns and schedules
• Comfortable in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Willing to learn and take ownership
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

Responsibilities

• TikTok Affiliate Management: manage day-to-day communication and relationships with TikTok affiliates and creators
• Identify and coordinate with suitable affiliates to promote products
• Handle affiliate enquiries, product recommendations and campaign updates
• Coordinate product samples for affiliates, including sample requests, tracking and follow-up
• Monitor affiliate content and performance
• Follow up with affiliates to encourage content posting and sales conversions
• Maintain an organised database/tracker of affiliates, samples, content and performance
