Job summary

Smartdeer Services Centre is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage TikTok Shop operations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory, while coordinating live streaming sessions with creators and hosts.

The role also involves planning campaigns, developing promotional pricing, and preparing performance reports to optimise GMV and traffic. Previous TikTok Shop experience is preferred, with excellent organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably with TikTok Shop or marketplace operations.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Chinese communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of TikTok Shop (Malaysia & Singapore), including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings with accurate information, pricing, promotional settings, images, and inventory.
• Ensure products are published accurately and on time for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment or stock transfers when required.
• Coordinate end-to-end live streaming operations, including creator/host coordination, live schedule planning, product sample arrangements, promotional mechanisms and voucher planning, and commission calculation and payout coordination.
• Provide operational support during selected evening live sessions when required (time-off in lieu will be provided according to company policy).
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Payday, Mega Campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), seasonal promotions, and platform-led campaigns.
• Develop sales mechanisms such as vouchers, bundles, flash deals, gift-with-purchase (GWP), and promotional pricing.
• Coordinate new product launches and ensure all operational requirements are completed before launch.
• Plan and schedule short-form video content to support store growth and work closely with the design team to develop creative assets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, monitor and analyse key business metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and live performance.
