Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business/Marketing/Communications or related technical discipline.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and fluency in English; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of live campaign and content operation strategies, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Support creator campaign lifecycle management, assist in launching themed activities to boost creator activity and content output quality.
Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules, improve event execution efficiency and operational capability. Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity, activate community atmosphere, and drive overall revenue growth.
Track regional market creator and user behavior, summarize campaign pain points and user preferences, propose constructive optimization suggestions to improve event effect and user experience.
