Job summary

Pineapple Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Live Stream Specialist to manage end-to-end live stream operations and provide real-time host support. You will analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions, and help develop engaging content through collaborative scriptwriting and product briefings.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, with experience in e-commerce/live streaming, and the ability to work with data-driven insights to improve results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce/live streaming (planning, hosting, or post-live review).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok/Douyin/Xiaohongshu); practical experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to identify issues and improve results.
• Own transportation is required, as the workplace is not easily accessible by public transport

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end live stream operations including scheduling, execution, and technical coordination
• Provide real-time support to hosts during broadcasts and promptly resolve technical issues
• Analyze key performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize live stream effectiveness
• Develop engaging live content through collaborative scriptwriting and product briefing sessions
• Align team efforts with monthly business targets through close cross-functional coordination
