Progressive Technology is seeking a TikTok Influencer Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns on TikTok, coordinating with marketing, creative, and PR teams to maximize brand reach and engagement.

You will manage relationships with creators, track metrics, and stay ahead of trends to deliver measurable ROI and authentic brand messaging across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong TikTok portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithm, and best practices for influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influencers and teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple campaigns.
• Creative mindset to generate new ideas for campaigns.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, manage and execute influencer campaigns on TikTok from conception to completion.
• Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of TikTok influencers.
• Content Strategy: Design creative strategies aligning with brand objectives and audience.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance and generate reports on engagement, reach, conversions, ROI.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, values and tone.
• Budget Management: Oversee influencer budgets and optimize spend.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with TikTok trends to inform campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative and PR teams for integrated campaigns.
