Job summary

AirAsia Berhad is looking for an eCommerce strategist to develop and execute growth plans on TikTok Shop, including campaigns, pricing and inventory management.

You will lead livestream programs, recruit and train hosts, and optimize live offers to boost conversions while tracking performance metrics.

This role also involves coordinating with logistics and analytics to deliver strong ROI and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms or livestream execution.
• Proficiency in TikTok ads, eCommerce tools and livestream optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to grow sales on TikTok Shop.
• Lead campaigns (offers, flash sales) on TikTok and optimize ad spend for ROI.
• Plan and run livestreams; recruit and train hosts; optimize offers in real time.
• Coordinate inventory with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide regular reports on sales, traffic and conversions.
