You'll collaborate with doctors, nurses, front desk staff, and sales consultants to ensure seamless patient care and ongoing learning through training and audits.

Responsibilities

• Treatment delivery strictly in accordance with approved clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Assess patient condition before each session, explain procedures, and provide aftercare advice.
• Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables for readiness and hygiene.
• Comply with infection control, sterilization, and safety SOPs to maintain a safe environment.
• Document treatment details, progress notes, and adverse reactions promptly in the clinic system.
• Adhere to assigned treatment schedules, manage session timing, and minimise delays.
• Maintain professional conduct and ethical behavior with patients and colleagues.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front desk, and sales consultants for patient handover.
• Participate in training and competency assessments to stay aligned with standards.

1. Treatment Delivery
Perform assigned treatments strictly in accordance with approved clinical protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.

2. Patient Assessment & Education
Assess patient condition prior to each session, explain treatment procedures clearly, manage expectations, and provide appropriate aftercare advice.

3. Treatment Room & Equipment Management
Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables to ensure readiness, functionality, and hygiene standards are met at all times.

4. Hygiene & Infection Control
Comply with all infection control, sterilization, and safety SOPs to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping
Accurately and promptly document treatment details, progress notes, and any adverse reactions in the clinic system.

6. Time & Schedule Management
Adhere to assigned treatment schedules, manage session timing efficiently, and minimise delays that may impact clinic operations.

7. Professional Conduct & Ethics
Maintain professional, ethical behaviour, and respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times.

8. Team Coordination
Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, front desk, and sales consultants to ensure accurate patient handover and continuity of care.

9. Continuous Learning & Development
Participate in training, skills upgrading, and competency assessments to stay aligned with clinic standards and evolving treatment protocols.
