Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance with standards.
• Perform engine & equipment general electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any clients’ complaints for improvement.
• Perform diagnostics checks and evaluate equipment performance.
• Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within Standard Job Hour guidelines.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Technical Certificate from JPK or Kolej Vokasional. Diploma in Electronic or Electrical or Certified A1/AO or PW4by ST with experience.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in electrical, service or maintenance fields.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.

• Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional Safety and Sustainability requirements.
• To perform engine & equipment general electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• To troubleshoot and rectify any clients’ complaints for improvement process.
• To locate and make reference to service publications in softcopy and hardcopy formats.
• To perform diagnostics checks and evaluation on equipment performance.
• To submit job acceptance form and service field reports after service field jobs are completed.
• To recommend on parts required for service jobs.
• To check spare parts before delivery.
• To communicate with technicians for job schedule planning, equipment maintenance and repair job.
• Ensure work performed is documented timely upon completion of service job.
• Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within Standard Job Hour guidelines.
• Ensure all jobs performed in compliance with the Divisional Safety, Health and Environmental Policies and standards set by the principal.
