Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is hiring an AR Accountant who can speak Thai to join our shared services team in Malaysia. You will manage daily end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate cash application, invoice uploads, and posting to the ledgers.

The role requires a degree or higher, at least 3 years of AR experience, and preference for candidates with shared services exposure. Fluency in Thai is essential to support Thai-speaking customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant AR experience.
• Experience in shared service environment preferred.
• Fluent in Thai language.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily end-to-end AR transactions including cash application.
• Process invoice uploads, debits and credits, and postings.
• Follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and notices.
• Prepare AR aging, DSO, reconciliation, and reports.
