Job summary

INSPUR COMMUNICATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior testing and commissioning leader for data center projects in Malaysia.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems testing, guiding the full lifecycle from standalone equipment tests to integrated system verification. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in data center testing, 3+ years in a management role, and solid knowledge of Tier III/IV, Uptime Institute, GB50174, and TIA-942 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, HVAC, Automation, or related field.
• 8–10 years data center testing and commissioning experience.
• 3+ years in a team management role.
• Strong knowledge of data center subsystem testing processes and acceptance standards.
• Familiarity with Tier III/IV, Uptime Institute, GB50174, TIA-942 standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay; fluent Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
• PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, construction, O&M, and vendor teams to ensure testing prerequisites are met and interfaces are clear.
• Build and manage the testing team; define roles and organize training.
• Enhance team testing and commissioning capabilities.

About you
