Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. in Klang, Malaysia, is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support data center testing programs.

Based in Klang, you will coordinate testing activities, manage records, and assist engineers and technicians with samples, calibration, and data entry. You will ensure traceability for internal and customer audits, communicate progress across departments, and handle inventory tracking and document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
