Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Back-End Test Engineering in semiconductor is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with continuous improvement mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead new product transfer activities into the production testing environment, ensuring a smooth and successful product ramp-up.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve test yield, product quality, and overall testing performance.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement innovative testing methods, processes, and procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot engineering and production‑related issues, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with customers, Production, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams to optimize product performance and manufacturing processes.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects focusing on quality enhancement, productivity improvement, material optimization, and cost reduction.
• Support engineering activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
• To be based at Simpang Pulai / Gopeng, Perak.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in Back-End Test Engineering within the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, planning, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
