Job summary

Capco (The Capital Market Company Group) is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee end-to-end testing activities for large-scale banking and capital market enterprise systems. The Test Lead will work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and governance teams while guiding a team of testers across project deliveries and releases.

8–12 years of QA leadership in banking/capital markets environments.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end testing across complex enterprise systems.
Experience with high-availability, mission-critical environments.
Familiarity with vendor selection technology procurement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA activities across projects and releases.
Define test strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach.
Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream systems.
Ensure deliverables are validated, tested, and signed off before production deployment.
Monitor defects, risks, test progress, and release readiness.
Work closely with stakeholders including business, development, vendors, and governance teams.
Lead and mentor QA team members while managing testing timelines and deliverables.
Support performance, failover, and disaster recovery testing activities.
Lead vendor selection activities, solution evaluation and implementation readiness planning.
