Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting.
• Experience in tester debugging or verification.
• Experience in high-mix/high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on attitude.
• Adaptable to rapid business changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tester functionality and minimize downtime.
• Perform systematic device verification and tester conversions per production/planner requirements.
• Support new setups and GRR activities; ensure proper housekeeping.
