The Role

You will be responsible forMaintain tester functionality and minimize downtime. Perform systematic device verification (DV), tester conversions according to production and planner requirements, support new setups and GRR activities, and ensure proper housekeeping practices. Meet customer expectations in line with the company’s Quality Policy.

What you will be doing…
  • Responsible for overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines & fixtures
  • Willing to work overtime when there is need to support operation or short of manpower
  • Responsible for spare parts tracking, replenishment, update
  • Work closely with in house automation team on new equipment release for buy off, installation
  • Work closely with process engineering team on yield improvement related to machine & fixtures
  • performance related
  • Responsible for overall equipment up time
  • Responsible to emphasize safety first attitude in ensuring zero accident occur
  • Responsible to keep maintenance records per ISO requirement
  • Responsible to achieve KPI being set by section manager
  • Always pass down unfinished task to incoming shift to avoid duplication effort
About You
  • Diploma of Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in tester debug or verification.
  • Experienced working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge
  • Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
  • Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage
