Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent
• Min 2 Years of Experience in Semiconductor / Fresh Graduate welcomed to apply
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex equipment issues independently.
• Strong ability to engage and manage customer requirements effectively and ensure satisfaction

Responsibilities

• In charge, responsible and supervise the following technical groups: Equipment Engineering of Test Business unit and as where directed.
• Equipment OEE improvement through machine improvement.
• Perform complete equipment buyoff for new equipment
• Support for equipment major down repairs.
• To work on the improvement plan for Test Equipment's.
• Buy off equipment and change kit
• Improvement on machine stability
• Handle NPI Projects from Equipment perspective.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Work closely with Maintenance Engineer to ensure equipment due for PM/Cal are performed.
• Guide and coach maintenance Engineers and Technicians of business unit to solve problems
• Work closely with product engineering team to on New Products.
• Control and manage RnM expenses of Business unit initiate cost down projects.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
