Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a capable TSE MOD Test Equipment Engineer to develop, qualify, and improve TOR equipment, hardware, software, and processes.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Test, Process, and Equipment teams to drive cost reduction, yield, reliability, and continuous improvement while enabling AI-enabled productivity. The role emphasizes global process deployment, equipment performance, and knowledge transfer across sites, with travel as needed and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome (0-2 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, evaluation, installation of TOR equipment sites.
• Disseminate Best Known Methods to all TOR sites and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams on new tech.
• Coordinate with vendors on spare parts delivery and performance.
• Lead priorities and tasks in assigned areas.
• Improve business processes and global existing systems.
• Monitor equipment OEE and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and share BKMs across sites.
• Support TOR Equipment OS and software releases.
• Evaluate NPIs and new technologies to enhance toolsets.
• Mentor site equipment owners on new CST projects.
• Maintain safety knowledge and liaise with vendors.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
