Mini-Circuits Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Production Test Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Automated Test Equipment for high-volume production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems and production test methodologies.
• Familiarity with test instruments such as Network Analyzer, RF Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer and Multimeter.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and mentor the production test engineering team.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and optimization of Automated Test Equipment systems for production.
• Ensure test processes are scalable, robust, and aligned with product/production requirements.
• Define and drive test strategy, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
