Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test cases and methodologies to ensure product reliability and quality across multiple projects.
• Create and execute diagnostic testing programs that effectively identify performance issues throughout various product development phases.
• Develop specialized test fixtures and equipment that accurately measure and validate product specifications under various conditions.
• Define and document test setups and procedures that ensure devices comply with industry and company standards.
• Plan and coordinate resources including labor, schedules, and equipment allocation to optimize testing activities and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in systems and equipment throughout the development process, applying analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Implement and maintain testing processes that adhere to established quality standards and requirements.
• Lead qualification efforts for product lines to meet market standards and customer requirements.
• Design and oversee the manufacture of PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards that enable effective product testing.
