Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong programming knowledge (Python, C++, Perl) and debugging/problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of digital and analog circuits, associated test methods, and fault models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify designs on automatic test equipment (ATE); debug and root-cause issues.
• Perform ATE device characterization and translate results into datasheet specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams for efficient production testing.
• Develop and debug software to control complex test equipment.
• Create and iterate validation and production test hardware solutions.
• Analyze component specifications versus performance.
• Assess manufacturability and resolve yield issues.
• Reduce test time through optimized workflows.
• Investigate early customer returns to drive test closure.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new products.
