Qualifications

• 11–14 years of relevant experience in Test Development Engineering or SMT manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineers/teams with strong knowledge in automated test equipment (ATE).
• Experience in test hardware and software development.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, Six Sigma, and failure analysis techniques.
• Good to have Python and LabVIEW proficiency.
• Understanding of product validation, qualification, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and knowledge of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Test Development Engineering team.
• Define departmental goals, performance metrics, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Drive strategic initiatives and global deployment of new test technologies and programs.
• Lead the design, development, validation, and implementation of automated test solutions.
• Develop manufacturing test strategies based on product specifications and customer requirements.
• Oversee hardware and software integration, system qualification, and production deployment.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis using statistical methods, DOE, and failure analysis techniques.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product development teams to improve product testability, diagnostics, reliability, and user experience.
