Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a test manufacturing environment.
• Experience with LabVIEW or TestStand.
• Familiarity with MDA, ICT, and FCT.
• Knowledge of test equipment and debugging techniques.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Test Engineer role based in Bayan Lepas. The Test Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain test plans and test procedures for electronic products and assemblies, ensuring they meet specified performance and quality standards. Daily activities include preparing and executing test cases, performing functional testing, analyzing test results, and identifying defects or root causes. The role involves collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to improve test coverage, optimize test processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Test Engineer will also document test setups, maintain test equipment, support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to product validation and regulatory compliance as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Test Engineering, including designing and improving test strategies for electronic products.
• Hands-on experience with Test Execution and working efficiently with defined test procedures on production or development units.
• Ability to design, document, and maintain clear and comprehensive Test Cases aligned with product requirements.
• Practical experience in Testing and Functional Testing, including analyzing test data and identifying defects or performance issues.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, test equipment, and basic debugging techniques.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Min 3 years experience in test manufacturing environment .
• Have knowledge in troubleshooting test fixtures and experience with LabVIEW or Test Stand software.
• Have knowledge in MDA , ICT and FCT.
